Our History

Founded by Paige Rgnonti, Raimondi Creative Solutions aims to identify and implement new fixes for old problems. One of the biggest problems today is connection — connection to community, to purpose, and to each other.

Whether it’s tourists, college students, or new transplants to a city, adults are finding it increasingly difficult to forge new connections. Through creative games, RCS pledges to improve community awareness and foster better experiences.

Paige started her career in training and management at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, where she had the unique opportunity of solving problems through gameplay. She brought the same desire for learning and achievement to other roles in automotive, restaurants, and retail, and has since shifted her focus to creating games that build relationships and strengthen community connection.

Through her experiences designing board games, training games, and hosting events, Paige is determined to continue making an impact the best way she knows how — by bringing others together to make memories, learn new things, and, most importantly, have fun.
